What are your Terms and Conditions?
- Our subsidised Viewing Tour offer of £99 p.p. / €99 p.p. is for a maximum of two people and includes a 3-night stay in Spain on confirmed dates. We will reimburse the amount exceeding the agreed basic return flight cost, up to a maximum of £150/€150 per person, at the end of the month in which you travel. Any extended stay without prior notice will invalidate this offer.
- Flight dates, costs and duration should only be booked after mutual confirmation. We can subsidise the basic flight cost only. Any extras, such as fast track, additional baggage, seat allocation or parking, are not included. If agreed in advance, any additional people joining an inspection visit must pay the full cost of their own flights and accommodation while in Spain.
- Our Spanish staff will ensure you are fully aware of all purchasing costs for any property you are considering, providing a final all-inclusive price so there are no surprises later. The reservation fee is normally €10,000, which can be paid by card or bank transfer. This ensures the property is taken off the market and the price is secured on the day for your benefit.
- Every property viewed with our group is 100% legal, and all due diligence has been completed, guaranteeing our clients’ money is secure. Therefore, we cannot allow viewings with other agents while you are on your viewing tour.
- Whilst in Spain, you will be looked after throughout your stay by the established Spanish group Europrestige, whose head office is in Torrevieja (www.europrestige.es).
