UK buyers can finance their property purchase using either Spanish or UK financing methods which may include:

Benefits to using finance for your Spanish property
The benefits of obtaining finance to purchase your property in Spain are better than you may think.
UK financing is often quicker to obtain and makes sure your finances are in place ahead of going out to Spain. This will put you in a stronger position to negotiate a better price and ensure you can put down a deposit on the property you love.
Alternatively, a Spanish mortgage on your property may enable you to offset the weakened £ sterling. When the £ improves you can choose to pay off your mortgage without any penalties!
